At Koi & Kale, we began our journey by discovering the harmony between plants and fish. Our experience with freshwater aquariums led us to appreciate the essential role of plants in maintaining a healthy ecosystem. From here we began to experiment with houseplants before discovering the benefits of combining aquaculture and farming.

Although Koi & Kale began as a venture between a couple of friends that both loved aquaculture. It has since become a family endeavor. With a history of agriculture, and a love of aquaculture, we have learned how to sustainably grow nutrient dense produce.
